The province of Cosenza is Calabria's largest and, photographically, its most contradictory: the Riviera dei Cedri on the Tyrrhenian, the Ionian coast around Cariati, villages such as Fiumefreddo Bruzio and, above all, the Sila with its forests and its snow.

Here I have photographed seaside weddings in Diamante, a Greek-Byzantine rite in the Capuchin convent in Cirella, a Christian Evangelical rite in Cariati and engagement sessions on the snow of Camigliatello and Tirivolo. It is the province where the landscape changes most radically in the fewest kilometres.
