Catanzaro is home: I live here, on Via Carlo V, and the Catanzaro province is the territory I have photographed more than any other. Two seas half an hour apart, the Lamezia plain with its airport, the Gulf of Squillace, the hills of Maida and Curinga, the Tyrrhenian coast of Nocera Terinese and Falerna.

It is the province with the greatest concentration of wedding venues in Calabria, and with the most useful variety for a photographer: country masserie, panoramic nineteenth-century villas, seafront venues and reception halls built for large numbers.
